The Palm Jumeirah is situated on Jumeirah Beach, less than 2km from Dubai Marina and 20 minutes from the city centre.
This Palm was the first to be constructed and there are already residents living in specific locations on the Palm.
The Palm itself is designed to look like a palm tree and has 3 specific areas, The Trunk which forms the stem of the tree, The Fronds which form the arching branches and The Crescent which forms the external barrier around The Fronds.
To make it easy we have broken the information into those 3 specific areas, and supplied you with information regarding existing & future developments within each area.
Palm Jumeirah - The Trunk
Trump International Hotel and Tower
Nakeel launched a UAE property division in 2006 and this Hotel will be the very first Hotel & Resort to be launched underneath their portfolio package. Trump Hotel & Tower will be 60 stories high with 368 deluxe hotel rooms and 388 magnificent apartments. The expected completion date is 2009. As an added benefit all the hotel bedrooms offer views of the Arabian Gulf and The Palm Jumeirah.
Tiara Residence
The Tiara Residence are one of the most exclusive areas on The Palm, they incorporate 6 luxury apartment towers with their own private beach and tropical gardens. There is also a 6* Hotel known as The Palm Anantara Hotel Resort & Spa.
The Golden Mile
The Golden Mile incorporates 10 luxurious residential buildings, each offering the ultimate in luxury. Around each residential building are beautiful landscaped gardens, children's playgrounds and a large selection od swimming pools.
The Fairmont Palm Residence
The Fairmont Palm Residence offers the opportunity to reside in some of the most luxurious apartments in Dubai. There are 558 deluxe apartments along with chic boutique shops, cafes and a large selection of world class restaurants.
The Fairmont Palm Hotel & Resort
This Luxury Hotel is due for completion in 2008/9. There are 400 luxury rooms offering world class facilities and state of the art amenities.
Shoreline Apartments
The Shoreline Apartments are luxury 5* establishments offering world class facilities and are situated on either the beach side of The Trunk or the canal side. There are 20 apartments blocks all with underground parking and private security. Incorporated within these blocks you will find luxury beach clubs, private beaches and state of the art gyms. There are also various swimming pools and children's play areas.
Oceana
Oceana, as its name suggests, is a beachfront resort community centrally located on The Palm’s Trunk. IGY Anchor Marina
This Marina will be able to berth over 700 yachts and 200 mega yachts. There will be an additional 2 marinas built on either side of The Trunk enabling visitors in their yachts to berth and visit the many establishments on The Palm. There will also be an area known as Marina Residence with luxury accommodation overlooking each Marina.
Palm Jumeirah - The Fronds
Villas & Town Houses
All of the luxury villas and town houses are situated on the 17 fronds. Each of these properties is sold by agencies or individuals. Many famous faces such as the Beckhams etc...have purchased villas on this Palm.
Palm Jumeirah - The Crescent

Atlantis The Palm

Kingdom of Sheba
The Kingdom of Sheba is a luxury resort incorporating villas, town houses and penthouse apartments in the Balqis Residence. The area will have manicured gardens and private beaches. There will also be a luxury 5* Hotel known as The Fairmont Kingdom of Sheba Hotel.
Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences | Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace
The Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences will be set in grounds covering 92,900 sqm located on the crescent-shaped breakwater surrounding the Palm, Jumeirah. The Palm is the world's largest man-made island and its form celebrates the date palm, of vital importance to the region for centuries. Already visible from outer space, the island is a landmark for the Emirate of Dubai and will become one of the region's most sought-after destinations. The Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace will be a hotel set in the same grounds as the residential apartments and villas and will also enjoy the same facilities. The hotel will be one of the most luxurious on the Palm when it opens in 2010.

The Royal Amwaj
The Royal Amwaj ("amwaj" means "wave" in Arabic) is nestled into the beautiful Crescent that surrounds The Palm Jumeirah. Set off from the major passageway of The Palm Jumeirah, the breakwater is the perfect secluded setting for resort living. The Swiss managed Movenpick luxury resort and spa Royal Amwaj will feature 293 hotel rooms and over 400 condominium apartments.
The Royal Amwaj Resort and Spa will feature a variety of culinary delights including South American, Thai, seafood and asian cuisine. The resort will also feature two natural lagoons, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, Asian spa, water sports club as well as business and banquet facilities. The Royal Amwaj is 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport, 15 minutes from the main areas of Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach, and 20 minutes from Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
Jumeirah Al Fattan Palm Resort
Situated in one of the most prestigious locations on The Palm Jumeirah, on the right side end tip of the outer Crescent Island facing H.H. Sheikh Mohammad Al Maktoum’s Palace, Burj Al Arab and Sofouh road, this magnificent water front development consists of a luxury hotel and residence, private marina and beach club.
