Meydan is a brand new area being built on the grounds of Nad Al Sheba Racecourse. This amazing development comprises 3 separate areas.

A brand new racecourse which will be known as Meydan Racecourse with a worldclass grandstand enabling over 60,000 people to view this magnificent course. There will be a brand new luxury 5* Hotel and more than 10 restaurants, and parking for over 10,000 cars. Should you decide that by traveling by car is to stressful then you will be able to dock in your yacht at the new Meydan Marina. This new Marina is purpose built with a 5km canal being run from Dubai Creek direct to the Racecourse.

The second part of Meydan is known as Meydan City, and this will become a living community, with its own marina, a specific arcade dedicated to shopping, residential plots with a  special tramline, new parks and bicycle lanes to compliment the living community.

The final part of Meydan incorporates two separate sections, one will be known as the Meydan Godolphin River City with a Gateway Tower known as The Godolphin Tower, which will be 40 stories high and allow the water from the canal to travel underneath to Meydan Racecourse. There will be a brand new shopping mall, which will have animated indoor and outdoor activities. Around the development there will be residential units offering amazing riverfront views, as well as top class restaurants and boutiques.

The second section will be known as Meydan Business Park, this park is expected to entice businesses from all over the world to set up their dedicated offices within a complex that is second to none.
