For those shoppers amongst you, Dubailand is developing the biggest Outlet Mall in the world.

It will be the first dedicated shopping mall for all factory outlets and will cover over 4.5 million sqft.

Dubai Outlet City

A unique project comprising of the Dubai Outlet Mall, the first shopping mall for factory outlets in the region and a Cultural and Entertainment Centre (for exhibitions, and musical symphonies).

Dubai Outlet Mall is the first 'outlet' concept mall in the Middle East, taking retailing to new heights. Dubai Outlet Mall offers shoppers big savings on premium and top fashion brands all year round.

Located in Dubailand on Route 66, the Dubai - Al Ain highway, Dubai Outlet Mall is home to over 800 of the world's premium and top fashion brands. The mall is dedicated to being a true value retail destination and you can snap up discounts of between 30 - 90% on the majority of products available in the 240 stores on offer.

Dubai Outlet Mall is open Sunday - Wednesday (10am - 10pm) and Thursday - Saturday (10am - 12 midnight).

Also located in this area will be a number of Floating Huts (accommodation located on small islands on various lakes) and a number of budget hotels.
