Al Badia Golf Resort
This is Dubai’s latest golf course and is designed by Robert Trent Jones II, it is a par 72 with numerous water features including 11 lakes! The club house which is very futuristic has 4 amazing restaurants, each with a comprehensive menu. The view from the terrace is quite spectacular, and at the weekend this is now the place to sit relax under the stars and enjoy a pleasant meal or a romantic cocktail.
Arabian Ranches Golf Club

This golf course is located just off the Emirates road and was designed by Ian Baker-Finch. The course is a par 72 and uses the desert as its terrain.
There is also a Golf Academy with full facilities including a floodlit driving range and a standard putting green. A new Par 3 Course is under construction. This course is a golfer’s delight and even has 11 fantastic guest rooms which overlook the golf course. If you visit this course make sure you eat in the Ranches Restaurant the food is magnificent. .
Dubai Country Club

This is a golf course with a difference, it opened in 1971 and has two sand courses, yes that is two SAND courses. The club supply you with a mat to place the ball on so you can play your strokes! There is also a fully floodlit driving range.
Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club

This golf course hosted the European PGA in 1999, 2000 and was then re-designed by Thomas Bjorn in 2005. The course is a par 71 with numerous water features. It also incorporates a 9 hole floodlit course, again with the added water obstacles.
The Golf course has a beautiful club house and the restaurant has fantastic views across the course. This is every golfers dream course, couple that with the Dubai sunshine and truly mesmerizing views of the Creek, you will not be disappointed.
Emirates Golf Club

This is probably the most well known course in Dubai, it has just hosted the European PGA event. In February 2007 The Desert Classic. This event attracts high profile golfers such as Tiger Woods and Ernie Els. It is situated near junction 5 on the Sheikh Zayed Road, the course was built in 1988, however it has undergone a complete re-development with the assistance of Nick Faldo. There are two courses both par 72.
Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa

This golf course is 35 minutes drive from Dubai heading towards Abu Dhabi, it is incorporated in the Jebel Ali complex and is very popular with golfers who stay in the resort as a holiday destination. The views are breathtaking over looking the Arabian Gulf.
The Montgomerie Golf Club
